What makes your bread sourdough?

Every loaf is raised with our living starter rather than commercial yeast. A long, cool fermentation develops the crust, aroma, and flavour naturally.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead. Because our doughs ferment slowly and we bake in small batches, popular loaves may sell out.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local delivery is available within selected Auckland areas. Choose delivery at checkout and enter your postcode; wider delivery coverage can be added as the bakery grows.

How should I store a sourdough loaf?

Keep it cut-side down on a clean board for the first day, then use a bread bag or airtight container. For longer storage, slice and freeze it, then toast from frozen.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, and nuts. Product descriptions provide guidance, but customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust an order before production begins; once the dough is prepared, cancellation may no longer be possible.
